Reviving my Luca Humidor
Sent an email to support with Questions. Not even 24 hrs had gone by and already got a response from Jon. My humidor was stuck between 60 - 64% and was not able to increase it more than that. Jon advised me to replace the Gels and and more Winter solution. He sent me the link from Amazon since in in Canada. Received the Solution with the Gel included. Cleaned out my tray, washed it out, added about 1/4 of the solution, add the Gels, this was Feb 28th. Today we are March 5th, the humidor has been steadily at 72 for the last 48 hrs. Could not be anymore satisfied than that. I have all 3 trays completed full. Jon is a 5 star in my book. Thanks you Case Elegance Sergio D

Outstanding customer service!
The Luca Humidor Cabinet, gifted to me a couple of years ago, recently faced the challenge of record low temperatures. Fortunately, I had preemptively moved my cigars, leaving the humidor tucked in for a winters nap. However, the frame of my hygrometer decided to protest the cold, it detached itself and fell into the bottom tray. When I contacted Case about this issue, their response was swift—they immediately sent a replacement hygrometer for my unit, showcasing their fantastic customer service. The humidor itself has been phenomenal, consistently receiving compliments for its slick design and effective functionality. It lives up to its advertising and works very well, with no complaints from my end.

Great upgrade
I recently purchased a Luca Cabinet to replace my old humidor, which was not holding humidity no matter what I tried. I was impressed with the Luca as soon as I got it out if the box. The amount and thickness of the cedar, the Hydro tray, the removable drawers with dividers all contributed to a well made product. Thr seasoning process was easy and the humidor was ready to be filled with cigars after a few days. The humidity has remained right around 70% despite some minor temperatures fluctuations. I find that the slide out drawers make it much easier to find the cigar I'm looking for without having to dig through the entire humidor. The vertical design seems to help keep the humidity in better while the door is open. I've not seen any drop in the humidity level while I'm making my choice for the evening. My old humidor would lose a couple of percent while the lid was open. I also enrolled in the yearly membership so I don't have to worry about running out of supplies. My next purchase will be the monitoring equipment so I can check on the status remotely. In summary, this is a great product, well made with outstanding customer service.

Best Humidor I have owned
After years of trying to find a humidification system that actually works with little success I am extremely impressed with your product! I was surprised how easy the seasoning process was and how well the humidor maintains humidity level. Could not be happier. The Klaro system and app provide excellent monitoring of humidity and temp levels. Also, Case Elegance customer is world class. If I had to give one negative it would be that I cannot purchase the humidification system for my other humidors!

Extremely impressed with the fit and finish of this humidor. It is a very high quality piece that serves both aesthetically and functionally. It comes with a seasoning kit and simple instructions to get you up and running. I received mine as an early Christmas present and have had it in operation for about two months now. It is the first real humidor I have owned where humidity has stayed consistent for weeks at a time, despite going in frequently for a stick. Opening and closing the door is a real treat, the fit and seal are really that nice. I would recommend this humidor to anyone in the market for one. It is a very well made item that will enhance any room you choose to display it in.
