Solution for proper humidity through the seasons!

I've tried multiple other brands of humidor solution, but they never give as good of a consistency with more humid climates and with drier climates. The Klaro membership bundle is the only solution (pun intended) I've found to get my humidor to the right humidity through the different seasons, especially in the winter/drier times of the year.

Hi I was wondering if I can use any propylene glycol to add to your bead system. Such as Joe cool. These appear to be the same and i do not need the dry climate solution. This solution also rehydrate the gel beads.

Hi Mark, I would advise using humidor solution. It has the perfect balance between distilled water and propylene glycol.

For maintaining the right humidity, you'll want to keep it in the range of 65% to 72%. Whenever your hygrometer reads 65%, that's your cue to add more solution to the tray. Don't worry about adding it on top of what's already there; it's totally fine to mix them. To start, try using about a quarter of the bottle. If you don't hit the target humidity within 24 hours, go ahead and add another quarter. As for those gel beads, it's a good idea to replace them twice a year. When you do, make sure to give the tray a good wash, add in fresh solution, and introduce those brand-new crystals. Letus know if you have further questions at support@caseelegance.com
