Renzo Glass Top
I was having a problem maintaining proper humidity levels with the humidor, I contacted customer support and Jon was a great help and very patient. He walked me through various trouble shooting steps and very patient throughout the process. In the end a replacement humidor with the new hydro channel design was sent and now everything is working just fine. Thanks to your customer service, it's really 5 star!
God Does Give From Both Hands
I will keep this short and to the point because that's what people like. I purchased this humidor a handful of years ago and it has been excellent. I have had no complaints or issues. Recently, I discovered that the wooden tray had become damaged. I reached out to Customer Service to purchase a replacement as I did not see one listed. When they responded, they asked for the original purchase info, which I no longer had. Without hesitation and asking for just a couple pictures, Jon immediately put in a no charge replacement order for the wood/plastic trays. It was delivered within a few days. WOW! It's not often these days that both the product AND service are exemplary. Case Elegance has mastered both and for that, I will be a lifelong customer and recommend them endlessly. Thank you, Jon and Case Elegance for keeping my cigars in tip top shape!
Awesome Customer Service
I was having an issue with my humidor. I sent a few pictures & Jon replied immediately with what I was dealing with. He sent me a new wooden tray & solution tray. It’s back as good as new. Thank you for the awesome customer service, will definitely recommend!
Great Product and Company
This is truly a great product and CE provides excellent customer service. I had some questions about seasoning during the winter months and Jon helped me navigate the drier winter climate.
New Humidor
I’ve had the humidor for about 2 weeks or so now and overall, I love it. I wish I had been a little more patient with the seasoning process as I live in Dallas and despite it being a cold winter, I essentially wasted the first humidity tray (gel packs and fluid) as my humidity went very high in the first 2 days. I also noticed that even with one of the trays, my humidity hovered around 72% and after having one of my stored cigars after about 2 days of storage, the draw felt much tougher and required me to reignite a couple times. I have a lot of Nicaraguan cigars and I think they’re do better in slightly lower humidity (I’m trying out about 67%) than others so part of that is just figuring out my preferences Despite wishing I had seasoned with one of the trays, it seems like this humidor will be a huge success. It’s very decorative and simple to use; the setup videos are outstanding and make the process very simple. I’ve loved cigars for a while but never stored them myself and this is a must for those that don’t want to spend thousands on the high end humidors. I’m hoping that with prolonged use I’m able to dial in my preferred humidity and optimize my cigar experience. I haven’t experienced the membership option, but I am curious if this can be customized to individuals needs. But that certainly wouldn’t be a knock on the humidor or company! Thank you all!
